Connecting metri
Add metri from the Claude directory or ChatGPT, then sign in. You can disconnect anytime in your assistant's connector settings.
What your assistant can do
- Log meals and drinks, creating foods inline when needed
- Search the foods and cooked batches you saved before
- Save foods and cooked batches, and delete saved foods
- Show today's progress and a full day breakdown
- Read your diary for any day or period
- Edit or delete logged entries
- Set your daily calorie and macro goal
What to include
Include the email used for metri, the assistant you were using, the steps that led to the issue, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots are welcome when they do not contain private information.

For account export or deletion, contact us from the email used for metri. Manage an active subscription on the billing page.
